She became part of our family almost immediately and knew instinctively how to earn my mother's trust, treating her with kindness and dignity always. Tiffany was hired initially to care for my mother, with Alzheimer's, in my parents' home. I don't know what we would have done without her!. She was with us until my mom took her last breath and has become my dad's trusted confidant, supporting him in his grief and adding so much to his last years with us. Tiffany continued to visit and love on my mom in Memory Care, while supporting my dad in his separate apartment. Tiffany provided exactly the kind of support my family needed-so much so that when we had to transition my parents to an assisted living facility we brought her with them as an adjunct support and companion to the facility staff. She simultaneously developed a relationship with my dad, an elderly diabetic with many health concerns, who became even more needy than my mother. She kept mom bathed, dressed fed and socialized daily. She also texted us daily with a detailed account Of my MIL vitals, moods and activities. She is extremely efficient and kept immaculate notes. Rose was in constant contact with the nurses and other professionals concerning my MIL. Rose has a God given talent for helping people who can't help themselves. She has a degree in Special Education and taught elementary school in Kenya. Rose has patience beyond belief and was never cross or short tempered. Rose went above and beyond making sure she was busy, clean, active, and felt loved. She was her best friend, sometimes her daughter, and always took care of my MIL like she was her own mother. I cannot begin to express how amazing Rose was to to my mother in law. Rose was a blessing to my FIL and the most trusted caregiver. My father in law passed away in May 2018 from natural causes, and my mother in-law had dementia for ten years and recently passed in May 2019. Rose was a caregiver for my mother and father in law for several years.
